Kemo IPTV on Android

How to Set Up Kemo IPTV on Android TV, Google TV & Phones

Set up Kemo IPTV on Android TV, Google TV, Android boxes, phones and tablets using TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro from the Play Store. Takes about 5 minutes.

Android is the easiest place to run Kemo IPTV. The good players are right there in the Google Play Store, so there's nothing to sideload. This guide works for Android TV and Google TV sets (Sony, TCL, Hisense, Philips), Nvidia Shield, Chromecast with Google TV, generic Android boxes, and Android phones and tablets.

  1. Step 1: Install a player from Google Play

Open the Play Store and search for TiviMate (best on TVs and boxes) or IPTV Smarters Pro (good on phones and tablets). Either one works fine.

  2. Step 2: Add a playlist

In TiviMate, choose Add playlist > Xtream Codes. In IPTV Smarters, choose Login with Xtream Codes API.

  3. Step 3: Enter your login

Type the server address, username and password from your welcome message. Double-check for stray spaces at the end, which is the most common reason a login fails.

  4. Step 4: Pick your channel groups

TiviMate lets you choose which country and category groups to show. Untick the ones you'll never watch and the channel list gets a lot easier to scroll.

  5. Step 5: Start watching

Hit Done, wait a moment for the TV guide to load, and you're set.

Tips from our support team

  • TiviMate's free version is fine for trying things out. The Premium upgrade adds recording, favourites and multi-view.
  • Set the TV guide to update once a day in the app's EPG settings so it never goes stale.
  • On phones, turn on picture-in-picture so the game keeps playing while you reply to messages.
