Your account

Your subscription is for you and your household. Each plan allows a set number of screens to play at the same time (from 1 to 5, depending on what you bought). Keep your login details private. If they're shared beyond your plan's limit, we may suspend the account.

The service

We work hard to keep Kemo IPTV running smoothly, but like any internet service it can have occasional interruptions, and channel line-ups change over time. Streaming quality also depends on your internet connection and device.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for making sure you can lawfully use the service where you live, and for the player apps and devices you choose to use with it.

Payment and renewals

Plans are paid in advance for the term you choose. When your term ends, you can renew by placing a new order. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Resellers

Reselling Kemo IPTV is only allowed through our official reseller program.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
