Step one: find your expiry date
- IPTV Smarters: shown at the bottom of the home screen as 'Expiration'
- TiviMate: Settings > Playlists > select your playlist to see the account info
- MAG boxes: usually shown in the portal's account or info section
- Can't find it? Message us your username on WhatsApp and we'll tell you
Step two: renew
- Message us on WhatsApp
Tell us your current username and which plan you want next. You can switch the length or the number of screens when you renew.
- Pay for the new term
We'll reply on WhatsApp with how to pay for the plan you chose.
- Nothing to reinstall
In most cases your username, password and app setup stay the same, and the new time is added to your account. If anything does change, we'll tell you what to update.
Already expired?
No problem. The steps are the same. Your channels come back once the renewal is done. You may need to close and reopen the app, or refresh the playlist, so it picks up the new date.
Bought from a copycat Kemo website?
Plenty of copycat sites use the Kemo name, and we can't renew an account that was sold by somebody else. We simply don't have access to it. KemoSat and KemoTV accounts bought from us are a different matter: those renew right here. If you want to switch to us, choose a new plan and we'll set you up with fresh login details.
