Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect what we need to run your subscription, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address and the plan you bought. Payments are handled by our payment provider, so we never see or store your full card number.
- Support messages: your WhatsApp number, anything you send us in WhatsApp or the Crisp chat, such as screenshots or your device's MAC address, and the plan details pre-filled when you tap Order now.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting may log IP addresses and browser types to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To create, deliver and renew your subscription.
- To answer your questions and fix problems.
- To tell you about important changes to your service.
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Live chat and WhatsApp
The chat bubble in the bottom-right corner is provided by Crisp (crisp.chat). If you use it, your messages and the details you choose to share are processed by Crisp so we can reply. Crisp sets cookies to keep your conversation going between pages and visits.
The WhatsApp buttons, including "Order now", open a chat in WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Anything you send there is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy as well as this one.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. The only cookies are the ones the Crisp chat needs to work. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep order and support records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Just message us on WhatsApp or use our contact page.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
